Concerto offers the patient the opportunity to be involved in his hospitalization and to have access to targeted and personalized information. It is a tool to promote communication with caregivers and a therapeutic education support. The application also allows you to choose your meals.
The features available are:
- Consult the care calendar and past or future appointments
- Know each member of the medical team
- Write down the questions you want to ask doctors and caregivers
- Explore the human body & search for medical information with many videos.
- Discover the projects supported by the HUG Private Foundation
- Participate in the activities of the Patients Partners project
